Shipping Policy

At Rustic Elements, every order is carefully packed and handled with care to ensure that your handcrafted products reach you safely and in excellent condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping across India on orders above ₹4,999. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shared with you on WhatsApp before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festivals, sales or periods of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details on WhatsApp, allowing you to follow your shipment.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery usually takes 4–8 working days. Timelines may vary depending on your location, PIN code and courier availability; the estimated delivery timeline will be shared when your order is confirmed.

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, regional restrictions, high order volumes or other logistical circumstances.

5. Packaging & Safe Delivery

Every Rustic Elements product is carefully packed to minimise the possibility of damage during transit.

As our products are handcrafted metalware, we recommend checking the package carefully upon delivery and retaining the original packaging until you are satisfied with your order.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains a missing item, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs/video of the package and product.

For certain claims, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened may be required to help us investigate the issue.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered shipment to us.

Please ensure that your name, complete delivery address, mobile number and PIN code are accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays.

8. International Shipping

If Rustic Elements offers international shipping, the applicable shipping charges, estimated delivery timeline, customs duties and taxes will be communicated during the ordering process.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rustic Elements, every product is carefully selected, quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. As our products are handcrafted, each piece may have subtle variations that reflect its individual character.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellation & Modification

If you wish to cancel your order or make changes to your delivery address or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
A video of the package being opened

This information helps us verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Conditions for Replacement

For a replacement or exchange to be considered:

The product should be unused.
The original packaging should be retained.
The issue should be reported within the specified time period.
The damage should not have resulted from misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.

4. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs/video of the package received.

Our team will review the request and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

5. Returns for Unused Products

If you wish to return an unused product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The product must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Have all original packaging and accessories
Not have scratches, dents, stains or signs of use
Be suitable for resale after inspection

All returns are subject to quality inspection before approval.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and refund policy applicable to the order.

Any applicable shipping charges, deductions or other adjustments will be communicated to the customer before processing the refund.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges/replacements may be offered in cases such as:

Damaged product
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect product delivered
Missing item verified by our team

The final resolution will be determined after reviewing the request and supporting information.

8. Return Shipping

For approved returns or exchanges arising from a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Rustic Elements will arrange the return/reverse pickup wherever service is available.

For returns due to change of mind or other customer preferences, applicable return shipping charges may apply.

9. Purchases Through Other Platforms

If you purchased a Rustic Elements product through another platform, please raise return or exchange requests through the platform from which the product was purchased.

10. Non-Returnable Products

The following may not be eligible for return:

Used products
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Products returned without original packaging
Products returned after the applicable return period
Customised or personalised products
Products showing signs of use, scratches or stains

11. Handcrafted Product Variations

As Rustic Elements products are handcrafted, minor variations in texture, finish, colour, hammering patterns or appearance may occur from one piece to another.

These natural variations are a characteristic of handcrafted products and should not automatically be considered defects.
